🎓 Eligibility Criteria

To apply, candidates must:

  • Be enrolled in a fully accredited degree programme (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) for the entire duration of the internship.

  • Be available for a minimum internship duration of one month.

  • Have an excellent command of one of the two official languages of the OECD (English or French) and a working knowledge of, or willingness to learn, the other.

🕒 Duration and Structure

  • Internships typically last between one and six months.

  • They can be renewed for another six months, up to a total of one year.

📌 Typical Responsibilities

Interns may be involved in:

  • Preparing studies and documents.

  • Conducting research and reviewing existing materials.

  • Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data.

  • Supporting the production of publications, including drafting notes and technical annexes.

  • Participating in meetings and seminars.

  • Liaising with officials, researchers, and delegations.

💰 Compensation and Benefits

  • Interns receive a contribution to living expenses of approximately €1,000 per full month worked.

  • They are entitled to annual leave of two and a half working days per month, with French public holidays observed. oecd.org+1oecd.org+1
